Credit Index-DI
Purpose and Scope
The Credit Index Dashboard is designed to provide insights into the performance of UTRGV' graduate students in a given academic year and the stipend that faculty are given for their role as graduate program coordinators. It tracks key metrics such as enrolled graduate students number, credit hours attempted and earned, dissertation and thesis hours earned, and graduate program coordinator (GPC) stipend given out. The dashboard allows administrators and staff to make informed decisions related to the dollar amount spent per credit hour earned per graduate students. It offers a comprehensive view of graduate students' statuses, from enrollment to credit earned, helping stakeholders make data-driven decisions.
- Student Performance Tracking: Tracks the accumulation of credit hours earned and calculate how many of those hours are going towards their degree overall.
- Course Enrollment: List out each course that were enrolled for the given academic year for each graduate student.
- GPC Stipend: Displays the total dollar amount that each faculty was awarded for their role as GPC for their respective program.
