Contracts & Industry Agreements (CIA)
Contracts & Industry Agreements (CIA) facilitates the contracting process for research endeavors. CIA partners with faculty and research staff to understand project needs, address institutional risks, establish mutually beneficial agreements with sponsors and collaborators, and assist in the implementation of agreements using a total contract management approach. CIA services include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements delegated to the Division of Research while ensuring administrative approvals and clearances are obtained.
