How to apply to Residency

Residency Requirements: 

  • Successful completion of Accredited Podiatric Medicine School. A copy of diploma and official transcript must be submitted with application. 
  • Copies of National Board (Parts I& II) scores 
  • Two letters of recommendation from physicians who have supervised applicant in clinical setting 
  • A personal statement 
  • CV  
  • Recent professional photograph
