Service Request Process
Before submission
Students seeking to request services must be registered with the Student Accessibility Services (SAS) Office. Be sure to complete the following steps before submitting a service request:
- Review the requirements to determine eligibility for services.
- Procure all required documents prior to registration.
- Register for services.
After registration
Once you have completed the registration process, you may now submit a service request.
