Alternate Format Request
All book requests will be submitted through mySAS, utrgv.edu/mysas. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause a delay in your request. SAS will make every effort to provide the preferred format. However, SAS cannot guarantee that the preferred format is available from a publisher. In the event it is not available, SAS will provide a reasonable alternative.

To request course material in alternate format, complete the form below and upload a copy of the course material. Be sure to note the type of alternate format (per your accommodations) and when the material is needed for the course, according to the course syllabus. In-house formatting takes time and SAS staff typically need a 5-day notice to complete an alternate format request.
