To request a presentation from Student Accessibility Services or to participate in a community or school fair, please complete the form below and click the "submit" button at the bottom of the page. Please submit requests at least 2 weeks in advance of the requested presentation date. (Note: Panel requests may need more lead time to allow us to contact and confirm panelists).
