Access and permissions
You have View Only access. Contact a portal Manager if you need to edit roadmaps.
Contact a portal Manager, or email academicIT@utrgv.edu.
Nothing to do — assigning them to a submission grants the access.
Editing
Switch the Make Editable toggle on. It is off by default.
Scroll the slot table to the right using the scrollbar at its foot.
You cannot. Rebuild it with Add Slot.
Click Save Draft. The roadmap stays unpublished and you can reopen it later.
Building requirements
One row in a semester — a position in the plan. It may be a single named course or a choice among several approved ones.
UNIV for advisor-placed seminars, core curriculum category for core choices, one specific course for a single named course, minor requirement for minor coursework, and course list or range for electives. See The Five Requirement Types.
Go back and change it, but every step after it resets and must be redone.
Any digit 0–9. ACCT 13XX means any ACCT course from 1300 to 1399.
In the range builder answer Yes - lower & upper limit, then set a lower and an upper limit.
Nothing. The entry is standardised — the portal adds the 1300–4300 range and the degree-plan note for you.
Click Add note to table before moving to the next step.
Review and publishing
You don't. Publication is automatic once the Student Success Director approves.

No. Use Catalog Year Rollover to copy the catalog year forward as drafts, then revise.
