What is the student to camp staff ratio?

8 to 1

Will the participants be grouped by age?

Yes. 6, 7, 8 year olds will be grouped together… and 9, 10, 11 year olds will be grouped together

Will lunch be provided?

No. Campers must bring a packed lunch. Snacks consisting of punch/juice and fruit will be provided at mid-morning and mid-afternoon. In addition, a snack bar will be available during the mid-afternoon break where campers will be able to purchase additional healthy snacks like granola bars, muffins, and yogurt. The snack times are not designed to “replace” lunch. All campers should bring a healthy packed lunch. Lunch is available to purchase for $6.50 per day. 

If after a couple of days at camp my child decides he/she does not want to continue attending will I be able to receive a refund?

No. Refunds are not available for vacations, family commitments, short-term illness (4 days or less), or other personal reasons. A refund may be available for an extended illness of five or more consecutive camp days. A doctor’s note explaining the situation must be received within eight (8) working days from the first day of absence. Upon review, participants may receive a $15 per-day refund for the unused days.

If I enroll my child/children for multiple sessions will I be able to receive a discount?

Yes. Enrollment for one session is full price. There is a 15% discount for enrolling in a 2nd, 3rd or 4th session.

If I enroll more than 1 child will I receive a discount rate?

No, there will be a discount for enrolling in multiple sessions only.
