Fitness Assessment: $20

fitness assessment is a great way to identify your current level of physical fitness, strength, and weakness. It helps establish a baseline and future benchmark prior to starting an exercise program. Fitness assessments include percent body fat, weight, blood pressure, resting heart rate, along with assessments for cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular endurance, flexibility, and balance. Your certified personal trainer can use this information to develop a specific exercise program to attain the desired results. Fitness assessments are $20.00 and need to be scheduled with a Certified Personal Trainer.  Fitness Assessments are open to current UREC members 17 years and above.

  • InBody Composition Analysis*

The InBody composition analyzer breaks down your weight and displays your body composition data on an organized, easy-to-understand result sheet. The results help you understand where your fat, muscle, and body levels are at and act as a guide to help you achieve your goals: whether that is shedding a few unwanted pounds or a complete body transformation.  Going beyond your weight, body composition analysis breaks down your body into four components: fat, lean body mass, minerals, and body water.
