Incentive Programs

We offer various fitness challenges or competitions that can be completed at any time during operational hours. Participants that successfully complete the challenge standards or win a competition are awarded. Ask a Fitness Attendant for more details.

Equipment Orientations

Not sure how to use a machine or technology features? Ask a Fitness Attendant for general assistance. Our staff can show a variety of machines and exercises to help jumpstart a workout plan.

Fitness Assessments

A fitness assessment is a great way to identify your current level of physical fitness, strengths and weaknesses. It helps establish a baseline and future benchmark prior to starting an exercise program. Fitness assessments include percent body fat, weight, blood pressure, resting heart rate, along with assessments for cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular endurance, flexibility, and balance. Your certified personal trainer can use this information to develop a specific exercise program to attain desired results. Fitness assessments are $20.00 and need to be scheduled with a Certified Personal Trainer.
