Residency Requirements:

  • Successful completion of an Accredited Podiatric Medical School.  
  • A copy of the diploma and official transcript must be submitted with the application.  
  • Copies of National Board (Parts I& II) scores  
  • Two letters of recommendation from physicians who have supervised the applicant in a clinical setting  
  • A personal statement  
  • CV   
  • Recent professional photograph
