A Redcap application needs to be submitted as early as 8 weeks ahead of time in order to determine availability of funding and complete the approval process. View EAA034 Medical Student Meeting, Approval of Travel, and Travel Support policy.

An Excused Absence Request Form is to be completed; find form on the School of Medicine Forms page.

To find the protocol, view the EAA030 Student Exposure to Infectious and Environmental Hazards policy.

This policy addresses conduct and performance that is academic and/or professional in nature. View the EAA018 Medical Student Evaluation, Promotion, and Graduation policy.

This policy will cover the students participating in the UTRGV SOM curriculum. View the EAA010 Medical Student Leave of Absence policy
