Poster Instructions for Everyone
- Individuals must print their own posters and posters must fit on corkboard of 36 inches height and 60 inches width.
- Sample Poster Powerpoint is provided and is 36 inches height by 48 inches width.

Podium Presentation Instructions for Residents
- Each resident has 8 minutes to present and 2 minutes for Q&A (total time allotted is 10 minutes). You will be given a warning at 6 total minutes and at 8 total minutes.
- Recommended to have no more than 8 slides per presentation. More tips can be found: Giving the Podium Presentation Guide
- Presentations must be brought on a USB in a PowerPoint format.
On Becoming a Doctor Instructions for Students
- The "abstract" that is submitted is the final document. If it is art, please bring your art as you would like to display it. If it is a poem or essay, we will print it for you.
