Red Cross Disaster Svc Vol Lve For volunteers of an organization that is a member of the Texas Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster may be granted leave to participate in specialized disaster relief services. Department Sec. 661.9075
Sick Time off due to employees sickness, or to provide care for a sick direct family member. After 3 days of absences the employee must apply for FMLA. Department Sick
