The Recruitment area coordinates and advises on every aspect of the hiring process. Working in close partnership with university hiring officials, Recruitment identifies and attracts potential applicants via social media and networking events to meet the university’s staffing needs.
Recruitment conducts unbiased assessments of applicant skills to ensure a pool of high-quality candidates while complying with all applicable laws.
