Operations
The Operations area is responsible for the provision of operation and strategic support for UTRGV employees, and managers.
Operations deliver a wide array of consultative services covering the areas of benefits, immigration, salary administration, HRIS & Project Management, and reporting.
By providing the necessary guidance and support for requests and inquiries in these areas, Operations help enable departments and employees to achieve their work goals and manage their teams.
