COVID-19 updates
Campus Community:
The Student Service Centers in Brownsville and Edinburg will reopen Monday, June 1, in a limited capacity to coincide with the start of the Summer I session. Hours of operation will be Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
We are actively monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and have measures in place to ensure we continue to serve our university community in a way that is safe for both students and employees.
To protect students and employees, we ask that all persons conducting business at U Central wear a facial covering / mask over their mouth and nose. At this time, only the student requesting services will be allowed into U Central.
In addition:
- Please sign in for service at https://enrollment.utrgv.edu/signin/ and do not enter U Central until you are notified by text that an Enrollment Generalist is ready to assist you.
- We are still here for you by phone at (956) 882-4026, live chat, or email at ucentral@utrgv.edu.
- To turn in a scholarship check or other documents, you may mail it directly to UTRGV U Central, Visitors Center 1.113, 1201 W. University Drive, Edinburg, Texas 78539.
- If you need to make a payment, the Bursar’s Office will be open to accept payments on the Brownsville and Edinburg campuses.
