Embedding Panopto Videos in Blackboard

Summary

Panopto recordings can easily be embedded in Blackboard via the Mashups tool.

Instructions

Embed in a Content Area

  1. Navigate to the Content Area.
  2. Click Build Content.
  3. Click Panopto Video Embed.
  4. Select Your Video.
  5. Click Insert Video.

Embed in a Textbox Area (Example: Item or Discussion Board)

  1. Navigate to the Create or Edit Page. 
  2. Click on the + sign.
  3. Select Panopto Video.
  4. Select Your Video.
  5. Click Insert Videos.
  6. Click Submit.
