UTRGV P-16 Outreach and Testing Services Mission Statement

The P-16 Outreach and Testing Services office is dedicated to supporting students, educators, and our community with access to rigorous academic programs, relevant professional development, and a state-of-the-art testing environment. All programs are carried out supporting the VAQUERO Culture of Service Excellence providing a safe and secure environment for participants and examinees. The UTRGV Testing Center adheres to the NCTA Professional Standards and Guidelines. We are committed to developing partnerships with local school districts and educators, supporting incoming students, and engaging our community in developing a college going culture in the Rio Grande Valley.
