Training for Educators
The P-16 Outreach and Testing Services department, in partnership with the CollegeBoard, offers multiple APSI sessions during the summer. These 30-hour sessions are available in-person or online. CollegeBoard-certified consultants prepare educators with the resources and tools they need to ensure students are successful in their AP classes.
The Substitute Certification Course is available monthly to local community members. This non-credit course prepares individuals to become substitute teachers in Pre-K-12 schools. After completing the course and their 3-hr observations, participants are issued a certificate.
