Outcome of the Program
This program will enable UTRGV student employees to become more competitive in the job market by bringing forth any latent skills through exposure to events that align with the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) career readiness competencies.
Badges
Students who fulfill the requirements for their classification will be receiving an iron-on badge and an electronic badge to include in their resume.
