The 2024 CUTC Summer Meeting will take place June 10-12, 2024 at the Hilton Garden Inn, South Padre Island, Texas.

Instructions:
Attendee Registration
Early bird attendee registration fee is $525 if registration and payment are completed by April 30, 2024. The registration portal has been set up to allow you to choose whether you want to register and pay immediately or register and pay at a later time. After April 30, the registration fee is $575. Upon starting your registration process, you will be asked for the following information:
- Quantity
- You may only register one person at a time. For multiple registrations, please complete one registration before starting the next.
- Registration Type
- "Pay now" (Will require payment on checkout)
- "Pay later" (Will require a separate transaction to pay the registration fee using the order # provided at the end of the registration process)
- Full name
- Mobile phone number (to allow us to contact you in case of an emergency)
- Food preferences (You may choose one option from the list or other if it is not on the list)
- Days attending the conference (This information will provide us with an estimated headcount for our planned activities)
- Organization/Agency/Institution
- Center Affiliation and Role (if applicable)
Shuttle transportation between the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel South Padre Island, TX and the Brownsville South Padre Island Airport (BRO) and the Valley International Airport Harlingen (HRL) will be provided by the UTCRS staff. This service is included in your paid registration fee. In order for us to better serve you and ensure we have sufficient space in our shuttles to accommodate everyone, we would greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with your estimated time of arrival and departure and the airport you will be using.

- Choose the shuttle departure time that best suits your estimated arrival time at the airport (Choose multiple if unsure)

Once you complete the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique order number . If you chose the option to pay later, you will need this order number to pay for your registration at a later time or you could send this order number to the individual in your organization who will be paying for your registration. The person paying for your registration will then be able to complete your registration with the "Bulk Payment" tab by entering your unique order number. Note that, the “Bulk Payment” tab can be used to pay for one or more registrations at the same time by simply entering the order numbers.
For example, X people from one organization can register to attend the meeting and choose the “Pay Later” option. They can then forward their order numbers to the individual in their organization who will pay for the registration, and that person can pay all X registration fees by simply typing the order numbers they wish to pay for.
Note that the confirmation email received upon registration will also contain information about the lodging as well as a unique Hotel Code that can be used to reserve your room at the special rate provided to the attendees of the 2024 CUTC Summer Meeting.
Guest Registration
The guest registration fee is $125, which includes:
Reception on June 10, 2024.- Lunch Box on June 12, 2024.
- Tours to SpaceX and Port of Brownsville
- if registered before March 31st.
- Closing Dinner at the UTRGV Brownsville Campus (Mexican Fiesta).
Upon starting your registration process you will be asked for the following information:
- Full name
- Mobile phone number
- Food preferences
Payment must be provided to complete guest registrations.
Bulk Payment
If "Pay later" was used during "Attendee Registration", you, or the individual in your organization who handles payments, will need to use this option to complete the registration process. This tab requires the unique order number, that was sent with the registration confirmation email, to be entered so that payment is credited to the correct registration.
Once you select the "Bulk Payment" tab, follow these instructions:
Provide the quantity of registrations you wish to pay.- Based on the quantity provided, you will then be required to enter the order number for each registration you wish to pay. Please make sure to double-check your order numbers to avoid paying for registrations that do not belong to your organization.
- Your total price will be $525 times the quantity provided if payment is submitted on or before April 30, 2024, and $575 times the quantity provided if payment is submitted after April 30, 2024.
Sponsorships
If you wish to sponsor the 2024 CUTC Summer Meeting, please use the "Sponsorships" tab. There are three options to choose from:
Silver: adds your company logo to the conference agenda plus registration for one person.- Gold: adds one page to the conference agenda about your company plus registration for two people.
- Platinum: adds two pages to the conference agenda about your company plus registration for three people.
Next, include the name and email of your registrants and please direct them to register through the "Attendee Registration" tab and choose the "Pay Later" option. Since you included their names and email addresses, and paid for the sponsorship, no further payment will be required by those registrants.
