HESTEC 2016 Teacher of the Year
Efren Rodriguez, the HESTEC 2016 Teacher of the Year is attending the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Conference in San Antonio from June 25 -28. Rodriguez is a science teacher at Port Isabel High School.
