We provide opportunities for families to be part of the university experience through events, communication, and resources that celebrate connection, support, and community.
Hosted in collaboration with campus partners, these sessions offer helpful information about UTRGV resources, academic support programs, and how families can actively support student success.

Our annual essay contest gives students the opportunity to honor the people who have supported them most. It’s a celebration of the love, commitment, and care that family members—however defined—bring to the UTRGV journey.
