The first column lists the faculty resource's name. The second column provides the resource description.
Resource Description
ADVANCE Gender Diversity Matters A 5-year institutional transformation project aimed at increasing the representation and advancement of women, especially Hispanics, in STEM fields.
Bookstore An in-store and online shopping outlet where faculty and students can buy classroom course materials, supplies, graduation regalia, and officially licensed gifts and clothing.
Calendar hub: Academic Calendar and Final Exam Schedule Important dates and deadlines for registration, courses, final exams, grading period, and more.
Child Development Center On-campus Center that offers quality child-care services for full-time university students and employees.
Concerned About a Student? Faculty and staff are often the first to recognize when a student may not be doing well academically or is feeling distressed. Refer to the Faculty/Staff Resource Guide for Helping Students.
Faculty Enrollment Forms Faculty forms to create class schedules and lists, and enter grades.
Financial Hardship Resources for Students Guidance and resources that support students who may be experiencing unexpected financial hardship.
Housing and Residence Life The Housing and Residence Life department offers a wide array of housing options for students designed to meet their needs and provide an environment that supports academic growth.
Nursing Mother Suites The university offers Nursing Mother Suites to all faculty, staff, and students who are in need of a private, secure, and sanitary location to express breast milk and to provide a comfortable and quiet location to breasted a child.
Places to Eat on Campus A dynamic platform that features meal plans, catering, and location-driven search to find what nearby food and dining outlets are open, hours of operation, and more. Powered by Sodexo.
Student Absences The Office of Student Life and Dean of Students, when requested and as a courtesy to a student, can send a notification to course instructors making them aware of a student’s absence.
Supporting Students Who Are Undocumented Frequently asked questions and a list of resources to guide and support students who are undocumented.
Transportation Services List of transportation services offered to faculty, staff, and students by the Department of Parking and Transportation.
University Events Calendar service for official university-related events.
UTRGV Messenger Internal communication service for official university news and announcements.
Vaqueros Report It Platform to report a student with issues or behavior concerning the well-being of a student that is perceived to be harmful, worrisome, or threatening (to the individual student or others). Submitted reports are forwarded to the Behavior Intervention Team which will assess, consult, and respond to the incident.
Wellness Program The purpose of this program is to raise awareness among employees about the importance of lifestyle behaviors that promote good health and encourage overall wellness.
