The Cataloging Department of The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley Library supports the goals of the Library and the mission of the University by:
- Cataloging, classifying, and processing print or non-print materials for the collection in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Maintaining the physical integrity of the collection by mending damaged materials, and withdrawing materials beyond repair as necessary.
