Meet our Staff

The UTRGV Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate (GEAR UP)  Project Staff plays an important role in the implementation of the grant at each participating campus. To facilitate the process, a university-based support system has been established to assist each campus. In addition to a Campus Site Coordinator, an Academic Coach and a Academic Content Coach Family Engagement is assigned to each campus. A GEAR UP Director, Assistant Director, Data and Research Manager, Accountant IV, Program Specialist and Administrative Assistants provide additional support for program implementation.

Visit the Contact Us page for specific program contacts.
