David Moron, MD
RGSC Site Director / Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry

David Moron MD is a Clinical Assistant Professor who works with students and residents at Rio Grande State Center. He is the Clinical Director of the facility. Dr. Moron is board certified in Psychiatry and Forensic Psychiatry. He has significant experience working with the severely mentally ill and is actively involved in quality improvement initiatives.

Ramona Rogers MD is a Clinical Assistant Professor who works with students and residents at Rio Grande State Center. She is board certified in Psychiatry. Prior to joining the staff at the state hospital, Dr. Rogers did inpatient work at a private facility. She has been actively involved in medical education for many years. Dr. Rogers is on the board of the Valley Baptist Legacy Foundation and involved in state professional educational initiatives.

Daniel Villarreal MD is a Clinical Assistant Professor who works with students and residents at the Rio Grande State Center. He is board certified in Psychiatry and Hospice and Palliative Care. Dr. Villarreal also has certification in Adolescent Psychiatry. He has extensive experience working with diverse patient populations in a range of settings.
