Financial Conflicts of Interest (FCOIR)
Employees engaged in Research and Sponsored Programs must complete their Disclosures of Outside Interests on a yearly basis. Faculty and Exempt Staff must log on to the Outside Interests and Activity Online Portal using their UTRGV credentials
Federal and UT System policies require disclosures no later than 30 days after acquiring a new financial interest that requires disclosure. Those responsible for the design, conduct, or reporting of research, regardless of funding, should be familiar with the UTS 175 policy on Disclosure of Significant Financial Interests and Management and Reporting of Financial Conflicts of Interest in Research
