Welcome to EOLC!

The Excellence in Online Learning Conference (EOLC) is UTRGV’s annual spring conference dedicated to advancing innovation, research, and excellence in online and hybrid education.

Hosted by the Center for Online Learning and Teaching Technology (COLTT), EOLC brings together faculty, instructional designers, academic leaders, and educational technologists to explore strategies that enhance student engagement, instructional quality, accessibility, and digital learning effectiveness.

Spring 2027 Conference

The next Excellence in Online Learning Conference will be held in Spring 2027 in Brownsville, Texas.

Conference details — including theme, call for proposals, registration information, and award nominations — will be announced as planning progresses.

EOLC provides opportunities to:
