The area of Employee Relations and Policy Administration is dedicated to assisting the university community with developing, maintaining, and improving employee relationships by providing quality support and guidance.

  • Coaching and mentoring employees to maintain positive employment relationships.
  • Providing supervisors quality guidance for performance management in line with university policies.
  • Assisting employees and supervisors to interpret university policies and procedures.
  • Providing guidance with the university grievance process.
  • Advising and training supervisors and employees on ADA policies and procedures..
  • Working with Texas Workforce Commission on unemployment claims and hearings.
