Camps & Conferences
Housing and Residence Life offers exceptional on-campus housing accommodations designed to support a wide range of programs and events, including conferences, seminars, youth and adult camps, new student orientation sessions, and educational campus visits. Our team is dedicated to providing a coordinated and welcoming residential experience, grounded in a strong commitment to service excellence and hospitality.
In collaboration with campus partners, we offer thoughtfully arranged accommodations that balance comfort, convenience, and affordability, tailored to meet the unique needs of each group and guest. Services include seamless check-in and check-out processes aligned with your program schedule, as well as access to trained student staff who remain on call to provide support and respond promptly to any emergencies.
From initial planning through final departure, Housing and Residence Life strives to ensure a seamless, secure, and exceptional stay for all guests on campus.

Casa Bella apartment complex provides apartment-style accommodations featuring private bedrooms within shared living units. This option is well-suited for groups seeking enhanced privacy and extended-stay comfort. Each apartment includes:
- One full-sized bed or two XL single beds/bedroom, desk, and task chair
- Individual drawer storage for personal belongings
- Furnished common living area with sofa seating, coffee table, and end tables
- Private in-unit washer and dryer
- Utilities included, along with heating and air-conditioning

Heritage and Troxel Residence Halls offer traditional residence hall accommodations with double-occupancy rooms, with single-occupancy options available upon request and based on availability. This facility is ideal for structured group programming and large conference housing. Features include:
- Fixed furnishings in each room for efficient use of space
- XL single beds, built-in desks, and task chairs
- Troxel Hall has a limited number of private bedrooms with a full-sized mattress
- Individual storage through chests of drawers and built-in closets
- Utilities, along with heating, air-conditioning, and access to washers and dryers, are included in the housing package
- Communal space with billiards and table tennis

Unity Hall provides flexible residence hall accommodations designed to support conference and camp groups, with double-occupancy rooms and single-occupancy arrangements available upon request and subject to availability. This facility is suitable for mid-to-large group programming. Features include:
- Furnished rooms with XL single beds, desks, and task chairs
- Storage provided through chests of drawers and built-in closet space
- Utilities, along with heating and air-conditioning, are included in the housing package
- The lobby includes a community kitchen (accessible upon request), billiards, and table tennis
Guest Services & Amenities
For guest convenience, the following services and amenities are available across our residence halls, including Heritage Hall, Unity Hall, and Troxel Hall.
- Card swipe access with front desk assistance
- Complimentary on-site laundry facilities
- Study rooms and designated quiet spaces
- TV lounge areas
- Snack and beverage vending machines
- Microwave access in shared common areas
- Recreation rooms featuring billiards, table tennis, and seating areas
- Multipurpose rooms available for private events and group meetings (upon reservation and availability)
Linen & Room Essentials
Linen bundles are available for Heritage Hall, Troxel Hall, Unity Hall, and Casa Bella Apartments upon request to support guest comfort and convenience during their stay.
Each linen bundle includes:
- Two flat sheets
- One pillow
- One pillowcase
Linen bundles are available at an additional cost of $20.00 per bed when requested. Guests are responsible for making their own beds upon arrival. Linen requests must be submitted in advance through the Conference Inquiry Form to ensure availability upon check-in.
Billing Requirement
All approved Camps/Conferences by the Department of Housing and Residence Life will have to pay their invoice prior to room keys being distributed.
Confirmed residential camps/conferences are required to remit payment in full prior to the distribution of room keys unless alternative payment arrangements have been made. This ensures that all requested services and accommodations are properly prepared and assigned prior to check-in.
