Travel
South Padre Island is served by three airports: Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), Valley International Airport (HRL), and McAllen-Miller International Airport (MFE). An airport shuttle, Uber and Lyft rides, and taxicabs are available between the airport and hotel. In addition, there is a free shuttle system serving South Padre Island and Port Isabel. Buses run from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily.
