12twenty is UTRGV's career management platform used to support student career development, employer engagement, experiential learning, appointment scheduling, event management, and career outcomes reporting. Faculty and staff access is available to individuals whose responsibilities require interaction with students, employers, career services data, or career-related programming.
Access levels are assigned based on job responsibilities and the principle of least privilege. Users will only be granted access to the areas and features necessary to perform their assigned duties. All access requests are reviewed and approved by the Career Center before accounts are created or modified.
To request access, complete the form below and provide detailed information regarding your department, role, and intended use of the platform. Requests may require supervisor approval and verification of business need. Once approved, you will receive instructions for accessing the system and any required training resources.
