Division of Research Winter Holiday Closure and Service Availability

The Division of Research will be closed in observance of UTRGV’s Winter Holiday Break from Dec. 24 through Jan. 2, with limited staff available for urgent, research-critical matters and guidance on pre-break submission deadlines.
Internal Deadline for Non-Financial Progress and Final Reports
The Division of Research has implemented an internal submission deadline policy requiring all non-financial progress and final reports to be submitted to Grants & Contracts three business days before the sponsor’s official deadline, effective January 1, 2026. Read the full memorandum.
