Information and updates for UTRGV researchers

REDCap System Update Scheduled for October 30, 2025

Dear Faculty,

The UTRGV REDCap application will undergo a scheduled update on Thursday, October 30, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

During this time, the system will be temporarily unavailable as UTRGV Information Technology completes the update. Users may see a brief downtime message or “website not found” error during the process.

This is a routine update (not an upgrade) to ensure continued reliability and security of the REDCap platform. Please plan accordingly to avoid using the system during this window.

Timeline
Start: Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.
End: Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.

If you experience any issues after the update, please open a TDX ticket with Information Technology.
