Personal Training


Interested in having your own personal trainer? Let our nationally certified personal trainers design a comprehensive exercise program just for you! Our trainers will keep you focused and motivated while reaching your goals by teaching you how to properly perform resistance training and cardiovascular conditioning exercises. From beginners to the experienced athletes, our trainers have the knowledge and skill to guide you through your fitness journey.

Personal training requests are processed daily Monday to Friday. Requests submitted on weekends will be processed the following Monday. After you register, a personal trainer will contact you within three business days for an initial consultation. 

  

Fitness Assessment: $20

A fitness assessment is a great way to identify your current level of physical fitness, strength, and weakness. It helps establish a baseline and future benchmark prior to starting an exercise program. This includes an InBody analysis. 

Intro to Personal Training: $75 (3 Sessions)

Share a Trainer: $84 (3 Sessions)

Non-Member: $90 (3 Sessions)

Recommended for beginners, this package includes a fitness assessment.

Twice a Week Program: $280 (12 Sessions)

Share a Trainer: $312 (12 Sessions)

Non-Member: $360 (12 Sessions)

Helps clients establish a healthy exercise routine. This package includes two fitness assessments.

Three Times a Week Program: $420 (20 Sessions)

Share a Trainer: $420 (20 Sessions)

Helps accelerate clients’ fitness goals. This package includes three fitness assessments.

 

Sessions can be purchased as a single 1-on-1 or shared (the same two people meeting with one trainer each time - must sign up together, only one primary account). All sessions are one hour and are available at UREC in Edinburg and Casa Bella Fitness Center in Brownsville. Please note PT purchases are final, no refunds.
