Fitness Challenges
January: 3 Repetition Maximum Deadlift (MDL)
Date: January 2, 2023 to January 31, 2023
Location: EUREC
Description: Deadlift the maximum weight possible three times. Execute three continuous repetitions with the same weight [strength-to-weight ratio (SWR)]. If a participant fails to complete three continuous repetitions under control, they are permitted one more attempt at a lower weight. If a participant successfully completes three continuous repetitions on the frst attempt, they may elect an additional attempt at a higher weight. The maximum attempt on the MDL is two.

February: Hand Release Push-up - Arm Extension (HRP)
Date: February 1, 2023 to February 28, 2023
Location: EUREC
Description: Complete as many Hand-Release Push-ups as possible in two minutes.

March: Plank (PLK)

Description: Maintain a proper plank position for as long as possible.

April: Two-Mile Run (2MR)
Date: April 1, 2023 to April 29, 2023
Location: EUREC - Indoor Track
Description: Run 2-miles for time on 2nd floor indoor track.

May: One Punch Man Challenge (1PMC)
Date: May 1, 2023 to May 31, 2023

Description: Complete 100 sit-ups, 100 push-ups, 100 squats, and 1-mile run.
