The goal of the department of Financial Systems is to support the institutional financial systems and their data owners by managing financial systems, improving and automating processes, and enhancing the reporting of financial system and process data. Financial Systems collects system data, organizes that data in consumable formats for financial managers to high-level dashboards and visuals for executive decision-makers.

Financial Systems manages the Axiom Enterprise Performance Software, which is the main platform from which reports, dashboards and visuals are produced as well as processes which augment the functions of the UTRGV enterprise management systems.
