Authorized Users: Simplify Your Student’s Account Management
Want to stay on top of your student’s account? The Authorized User feature makes it easy!
As an Authorized User, you can:
- Get notified when a new statement is ready
- Make secure payments online
- View account activity anytime
- Print on-demand statements
Important: Authorized User access is different from the Parent Portal and FERPA permissions. While you can help manage financial tasks, you won’t have access to grades or other academic records—your student’s privacy is protected.

The Bursar’s Office mission is to provide exceptional customer service and support to all stakeholders – our students, parents, and the community. We take pride in efficiently and effectively managing all student accounts, including responding immediately to your inquiries and taking the appropriate actions regarding all student accounts.

Our commitment is to provide outstanding cashiering services to the entire campus community, including external agencies. Our team provides alternative payment solutions, offers account detail information, reviews financial holds, delivers refund checks to all students, while meeting the business needs of all internal departments. We are available in person, by phone or through email from Monday to Friday.

Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
