The Translation and Interpreting Office at UTRGV works under the sphere and philosophy of the Office for Bilingual Integration, providing translation and interpreting services throughout the institution, as well as for third parties associated to UTRGV.
Our services are free of charge throughout UTRGV, as well as for third parties associated to the institution, in some cases.

To translate a text is to render it in written form from one language into another, in our case from English into Spanish and vice versa. Interpreting is the verbal translation of spoken language. We offer English to Spanish, and Spanish to English interpreting services. |
Translation rates for non-UTRTGV clients will be budgeted on the basis of standard market rates [External Services].
Interpreting services for UTRGV are typically free of charge. For non-UTRGV clients, they will be budgeted on the basis of standard market rates and availability.
