Update: June 1 ^st  2024: The Office of Sponsored is happy to announce that the ARGO Sponsored Program Intake (SPI) form is now available to faculty and staff that submit research proposals in a user-friendly automated system. The SPI will replace the Intent to Submit (ITS) and Proposal Transmission Form (PTF) and can be used immediately. Please visit ARGO and log in with your UTRGV credentials. An Intent to Submit a Proposal must be completed for all external funding requests. Please be sure you have read the Office of Sponsored Programs Handbook prior to the submission of this Intent to Submit a Proposal.
