Welcome to the VOICE Engagment page! Here you will find all the information and tools you need to effectively manage and support your VCOBE student organization. Explore the sections below to access templates, request forms, and guidelines.

  • Annual Report Template: We are incredibly proud of all the amazing work our student organizations do, both within our VCOBE community and beyond. To help us share the impactful stories of your efforts, we need your annual reports.

The VOICE office has designed a user-friendly annual report template to make it easier for your organization to document and showcase your achievements. Simply create a copy of the template, fill it out with your activities and successes, and submit it to rcvcobe.voice@utrgv.edu. Your reports play a vital role in highlighting the incredible contributions our student organizations make throughout the year at the College of Business.
