The Center for Online Learning & Teaching Technologies (COLTT) provides support for a wide range of instructional technologies used across UTRGV courses. This page outlines the platforms and tools our team directly supports, as well as third‑party integrations available within our Learning Management System (LMS).

Content Creation & Accessibility Tools
- H5P Interactive content creation tool for building activities such as quizzes, interactive videos, drag‑and‑drops, and presentations directly within Brightspace.

Third-Party Tools Integrated with Brightspace
These tools are available within the LMS and are commonly used by faculty to enhance teaching and learning. While COLTT ensures they are properly integrated, our support for these tools is limited.

Third‑party tools integrated into Brightspace are available to enhance instruction; however, COLTT provides only limited support for these external platforms. Because our help desk team does not have administrative access to these systems, assistance is restricted to basic LMS integration. For advanced troubleshooting, configuration questions, or account‑specific issues, faculty and students may need to contact the vendor’s support team directly.
Please note that only the technologies listed on this page have been approved for use by the Information Technology department. Any tool not listed must first go through the Assessment process before it can be used in a course. COLTT is not responsible for covering costs or providing support for unapproved technologies.
