Education and Training Voucher Program (ETV)
- ETV assists with education and training needs for youth and young adults.
- ETV serves eligible students ages 16-23 by providing financial assistance of $5,000 a year to attend a Texas college or a vocational program.

- The Foster Care Children program provides healthcare coverage through the age of 25 to young adults who age out of Texas foster care.
