Stress Management Workshop

This workshop will focus on learning how to practice healthy and effective coping strategies for reducing the negative emotional, physical, and mental health symptoms caused by stress. Common sources of stress as well as unhealthy coping strategies will be explored within the group.

Healthy Relationships Workshop

Relationships are a necessary part of healthy living, but there is no such thing as a perfect relationship. Focus on developing positive relationships with friends, family members, significant others & any other people you may encounter in your life. Participate in interactive activities that encourage discussion of key elements that help make relationships healthy and how to protect yourself from developing unhealthy relationships.

Beat the Blues Workshop

The Beat the Blues Workshops will teach students how to lift a low mood and improve overall well-being through a variety of methods. This workshop is appropriate for students who have experienced difficulty with sadness, lack of energy and motivation, or have felt disconnected from others.

Self-Care Workshop

The Self-Care Workshops will focus on exploring healthy behaviors and attitudes that assist students in improving emotional well-being, reducing stress, maintaining and improving relationships, and finding a balance between one’s personal and academic/work life.
