Strategic Space Planning
The Office of Strategic Space Planning (OSSP) at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) is a critical component of the Facilities Planning and Operations division. Its core function is the centralized management, allocation, and optimization of all physical space across UTRGV's distributed campuses (Edinburg, Brownsville, Harlingen, etc.) to ensure that physical resources directly and efficiently support the university's academic, research, and service missions.
