The UTRGV Gulf Scholars Program is excited to collaborate with local organizations that advocate for change in response to energy, water, food, and social justice issues that affect the Gulf region. Through these partnerships, student scholars will learn how to become more involved with their local communities, how to effectively address these issues and become a part of the solution.
