Conference & Event Services Office
Conference Services provides event planning support to external clients renting UTRGV spaces including reservations, event planning and billing. Our available facilities can host events from 20 people all the way up to 3,000.

- Athletic facilities (indoor and outdoor)
- Residential Halls
- Outdoor spaces and parking lots (Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, additional outdoor spaces will be allowed for rentals in order to maintain social distancing).
Request Form
Please complete and submit the Request for Facilities UTRGV Form.
Once form is received and if spaces are available, you will be contacted with an estimate. All groups are required to present a certificate of liability insurance. If you cannot provide one, then a policy will be sold to you. Costs vary depending on type and size of the activity. Half of the total cost will be due upon signing of agreement.
Photography and Filming on Campus
In accordance with UTRGV HOP ADM10-301 on Facility Use, all photography and filming requests must be approved.
Commercial Photographers are required to provide proof of insurance.
Filming for commercial purposes must receive additional approval from the University Marketing and Communications Department.
