Biography
Dr. Mohsen Amjadian is an Assistant Professor of Structural Engineering at the Department of Civil Engineering of the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) the member of the University of Texas System. Before joining UTRGV, he worked as a post-doctoral fellow at the City University of New York (CUNY) where he pursued his research on application of electromagnetic energy harvesting systems in transportation infrastructures from 2019 to 2021. Dr. Amjadian obtained his Ph.D. degree in Civil Engineering from the City University of New York (CUNY) in 2019, his master's degree in Earthquake Engineering from the International Institute of Earthquake Engineering and Seismology (IIEES), Tehran, Iran, and his bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Razi University, Kermanshah, Iran.
